New President Takes Office At NORAM

The Board of Directors of NORAM Engineering & Constructors Ltd today announced the appointment of David Anthony (Tony) Boyd, P.Eng., Ph.D. to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer, effective May 1, 2013.

Tony joined NORAM in July 1990 with a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of British Columbia. The progression of his career to a senior process engineer encompassed a Ph.D from UBC, and registration as a Professional Engineer. More recently, Tony has been serving as Vice President, New Ventures.

NORAM’s former President, George Cook, P.Eng.. FCAE, took the opportunity, as CEO and Chairman of the Board, to commend Tony to NORAM’s friends and clients, and to express the Board of Directors’ support in working with Tony to continue building NORAM’s tradition of excellence.
