Fabrication

Our custom fabrication facilities provide access to allow process vessels, skids and equipment to be shipped around the sub-continent and further afield. All proprietary components can be manufactured in-house to limit disclosure. In addition, our facilities allow us to maintain a strong emphasis on Quality Assurance, and facilitate expediting during emergencies and plant turnarounds.

Our Axton arm manufactures a complete range of exchangers, crystallizers, pressure vessels, towers and tanks. Axton-Ellett is an operating division of NORAM specializing in the fabrication of high performance equipment, including nickel alloys, titanium, zirconium and stainless steels.

Axton Inc.

Axton has held ASME pressure vessel certification for more than 25 years and achieved ISO 9001 registration in 1997. Our quality system ensures that we can meet all specifications.
Shell and tube exchangers are designed to ASME Sect VIII, Div 1 and fabricated in compliance with the Tubular Exchanger Manufacturers Association (TEMA) B, C and R.
Piping fabrication complies with B31.1 and B31.3 Code.

Axton-Ellett

The ELLETT brand has long been recognized on equipment manufactured from specialized high-alloy and refractory metals, including Reactors, Towers, Crystallizers, Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels and Tanks.

Transportation

Our facilities have road, rail and barge access. Ocean shipment is easily accommodated as Vancouver B.C. is a major sea port. For equipment too large to economically ship, we qualify fabrication facilities around the world for local manufacture.

Our Projects

Axton custom fabricators has 75,000 sq.ft of shop floor space and offers shipment by road, rail and barge throughout the Pacific Northwest and further afield.
